Student income to be 25× monthly rent (annual). 2. The guarantor’s income to be 30× monthly rent. 3. International students to preferably pay the full stay amount upfront.
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- You must have a UK guarantor to book this property. In case you do not have UK guarantor you need to pay upfront payment for your entire stay.
