If you pay in one instalment, no guarantor’s signature is needed. 3. A guarantor’s signature is only required if you choose to pay in two or more instalments.
Unfortunately, none of Their accommodations have private parking for residents. However, there will be some arrangements made to support the check–in process and parking spaces arranged for new arrivals at some of their accommodation. Please contact your accommodation for more information.
Once you know your check out date, let us know and they’ll get the paperwork ready. And be sure to leave your room as you found it, take all your belongings, and dispose of all rubbish!
Should you wish to leave before the end of the period stated in the agreement, put it in writing and they’ll let you know what options are available to you. However, given the Licence Agreement is a legally binding document you will need to pay rent until your licence expires.
